Ariana has had MUCH more done than just a nose and chin job done. there's a pretty good site out there that shows her progression over the years (several pictures over the years). She looks like a young Jewish girl in the beginning and progresses to becoming a Latina (Pete D even says that she constantly spray tanned herself to look darker than her normal skin tone). i am lazy so i'm not going to look for it, but it's pretty eye-opening.

Listen, I like the ones who do and the ones who don't. I haven't studied Salma Hayek much. Sharon Stone has an exquisite nose, that is the result of early surgery too. That's all I'm sayin R59. People don't often get such great results that are so refined AND hold up over time. Because our cartilage thins with age and everyone's nose changes in time. The tip grows and lowers too. So unless you have a strong bridge and even nostrils - the imperfections become more noticeable in even untouched noses. But yes of course, Sharon Stone's nose is not the one she was born with. It's a really pretty nose job though.

Heidi's nose is far too small, but very well done. It's nothing like the botched job that Michelle Pfeiffer has. They can't even really repair Michelle's nose, short of a rib graft to maybe give her more projection. She obviously became comfortable with it a long time ago. She's was a hot woman with a beautiful shaped face and natural voluptuous lips. Very pretty. But never a classic beauty like Sharon Stone.

Pfeiffer's nose job has always been caved in and carved out. Too much tissue was removed. It certainly did not take her to beautiful. She looked better before it. She looks fine in photographs but her bad nose work is very noticeable in her films. She's seldom seen in profile. I think she had some cartilage grafts much later on to not have her nose totally look like Michael Jackson or Marlo Thomas.

Pfeiffer did not need that nose job, and she hacked off way too much. It looks like she may have plump it back up a bit, because it was razor sharp for a long time.

No plastic surgery is more transformational than a nose job. That is a fact. And no surgery requires more revisions. A nose job changes our perception of how the eyes are spaced and even how deeply they are set. The position of the mouth and the slenderness or strength of the jaw are also affected. And of course the projection and attractiveness of the nose. Most are not needed but when a nose job is done well, it can really elevate the concept of a beautiful face. Both Natalie Portman and Winona Ryder had those kind of results. Their excellent nose work refined their faces and made their features appear more harmonious and lovely.

Kim Kardashian continues to vehemently deny a nose job, claiming it's just makeup contouring. Honey, makeup does not bob your nose.

Michelle Pfeiffer's botched nose job is evident in all of her films. It can take years for the loss of tissue, cartilage and bone to fully present itself as a caved in nose. But her bad nose job was always recognizable. A small nose can pass, but a botched job always gives you pause. Even in the photos that R112 posted, you can see her pixie nose tip and very unnatural work. Michelle has lied about many things in her past. She's quite a good actress who gives NOTHING at all to her public and the bare minimum to her performances. A very attractive woman, but her too small nose with the weird tip and hollowed out sides have always been on display. She had bad work and bad luck. You can make a big nose smaller or fix a hump or go back and redefine the tip - see Lady Gaga's continual sculpting down. But when they hack your nose to tiny bits, it's a lot harder to fix. Pfeiffer wouldn't ever admit to farting, never mind being a botched beauty. She is always *hesitant* but can be convinced to talk about how beautiful she is.
